The Acquisitions Team
The Acquisitions team is responsible for studying new investment opportunities and formulating a well-reasoned and justified investment thesis. It is then a question of constructing financial models, in order to evaluate the Return on Investment potential.
From then on, she works with brokers, developers and banks to build a long-term vision of the life of the asset  : acquisition, construction phase, marketing and resale. Different essential elements intervene: the financing plan, the planning of marketing as well as the timing and the amount of the resale. The Acquisitions team must then present the findings of its research ( Information Memorandum ) to the investment committee of the fund, which will decide on the investment decision.
The Asset Management Team
The Asset Management team is responsible for managing the real estate assets in which the investment fund has invested. It ensures the smooth running of transactions on each real estate asset, and controls that it takes place in accordance with the strategy provided by the investment thesis.
The team deals mainly with the management of development works and the marketing of real estate assets.
This is for the team to exchange daily with the companies in charge of the work , and to resolve any problems that may arise, to control that the amount of work is well in line with the budget.
It also manages the marketing of real estate assets  : working with marketing agencies, negotiating commercial leases, with the objective of always maximizing the occupancy rate of assets.
Finally, it is responsible for quarterly valuations of portfolio assets for review by fund managers
